There is no confirmed launch date yet. Guild is pre-launch and still being built. Joining the waitlist is the only way to hear about early access first, and we will not announce a date until we are confident in it.

Your details are stored so Guild can contact you about early access and launch updates, and nothing more. Joining does not create an account, and it does not commit you to anything. You can ask to be removed at any time.

The plan is to invite creators from the waitlist in small groups so we can look after each of them properly. Creators who tell us they want migration support will be considered for a guided onboarding. Selection criteria and timing are not final.

Final pricing is not decided. The intended model is free to start with a platform transaction fee, plus an optional paid subscription for creators who prefer a predictable cost as sales grow. We will not publish numbers until they are final.

Not yet decided. The fee calculator on the pricing page uses clearly labelled example assumptions so you can see how the two models compare. Those are not Guild’s fees. Payment processor fees are expected to be separate from any Guild platform fee.

That is the plan: a future paid subscription for creators whose sales make a predictable monthly cost better value than a per-sale fee. What it includes and what it costs are still being decided.

Done-for-you migration is planned for early access. The intended process is: you tell us about your store, you authorise the migration and provide the access or exports we need, we help recreate your storefront and transfer supported product information, and you review and approve before launch. Not every platform feature will transfer, and nothing is scraped without your authorisation.

Guild is being designed around digital products: downloads, templates, courses and similar items, with secure delivery after purchase. The exact supported formats and limits will be confirmed closer to launch.

Yes, that is part of the design: campaigns and customer follow-up automations that live alongside your customers and orders. The dashboard preview on this site shows how it is intended to feel using sample data. More agentic, AI-assisted workflows are exploratory and not yet built.

The waitlist form collects only what it asks for. Our draft Privacy Policy explains the intended purposes, retention and your rights. It is marked as a draft, and some operational details are still to be completed.

They are interactive prototypes. The creators, products and numbers are fictional sample content, no purchase on this site charges money or collects card details, and no account is created.
