Who we are

Guild is a product of Regentic, the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, and optionally your name, the platform you currently sell on, your selling status, and whether you are interested in migration support. We record whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, and when.

The example storefronts and dashboard preview on this site are simulated. Anything you type into them is not stored or sent anywhere.

Why we use it

• To contact you about early access to Guild, which is our legitimate interest in managing the waitlist.
• To send product news only if you ticked the marketing option, which relies on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To understand what creators need so we can plan the product.

How long we keep it

Retention period: to be confirmed before launch. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
